Preparing Calendula

You can use either dried or fresh calendula flower petals . The difference is the amount of each. You will generally need more fresh than dried herbs, to get the same effect.

Put 1 to 2 teaspoons of dried calendula petals, OR 2-4 teaspoons of fresh, in one cup of boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes then strain out the petals. You can add sugar or honey, or lemon as you prefer.

Drink this up to 3 times a day for your health.
